Mrs. O’Neill has been a wonderful person to go to for advice. I have noticed that she is passionate about educating our youth. She is dedicated to seeing the success of her students and demands high respect and responsibility for each of her students. As a fellow teacher she has  helped me get acclimated to a new environment. I adore her passion and tenacity. Mrs. O'Neill is a wonderful example of walking determination and rigor.

-Ms. Lumpkin, 3rd Grade Instructor

Mrs. O’Neill is truly an inspiring educator. She works tirelessly to ensure that her scholars are performing to their fullest potential. She believes that her scholars have the capacity to achieve anything the want.  If you are looking to see what strong Catalyst behavior should look like, you need only view Mrs. O’Neill’s scholars as they walk silently through the hallway and display excellent behavior during  instruction. She completely dominated the third Achievement Network exam, with NINE objectives in which her scholars scored over a 70%! I am proud to serve alongside her and she truly is an inspiration for the entire Catalyst community.
