The first graduates of the Catalyst Schools Howland Charter will be attending these high schools in the fall. Congratulations to the staff and graduating students for the work done in preparation for this next step in the graduates' educational journey.
The 2010 class of Catalyst--Circle Rock will be attending great high schools that will give each Catalyst graduate an opportunity to prepare for college.
The Catalyst Schools, Howland Charter (CSHC) is currently accepting applications for the 2010-2011 school year. You are invited to swing by to see why Howland Charter might be a great fit for your young student. The open house will include a tour of the CSHC facilities and the opportunity to talk with educators about the Catalyst experience.

This is the time of year when families with children ready for kindergarten are searching for good schools and filling out applications. It makes sense, then, that the Catalyst Schools—Howland Charter is out in the community letting everyone know that their children will receive not only great academic preparation but also support for a solid core foundation in values.
Fifty-two lucky kindergarten children will be accepted at Howland Charter. Everyone is encouraged to apply now. There are also openings for other grade levels as well. Go to our admissions page for additional application information and forms.

Students at the Catalyst Schools—Howland Charter just finished taking the ISAT and STEP exams, the annual State of Illinois benchmark tests that will tell the school how well it is doing in helping the students grow academically.
